Erin Wachter

Erin Wachter grew up in Southeast Kansas and was always involved in sports, both competitive and recreational. From a young age, she knew she wanted a career in medicine, and in high school, she had the opportunity to shadow a local physical therapist. That experience solidified her passion for the field, and she couldn’t wait to get started.

After earning her undergraduate degree from Baker University, Erin went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Wichita State University. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and ability levels, finding great fulfillment in helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Some of her favorite aspects of physical therapy include building connections with patients, the camaraderie within the profession, and the lifelong learning that comes with it. In addition to musculoskeletal treatment, she has a special interest in working with individuals experiencing vestibular and concussion-related symptoms.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, exploring local coffee shops, traveling, and cheering on the Jayhawks, Chiefs, and Royals. She also loves hanging out with friends and family, making the most of every moment.
